Online Orders | Returns/Exchange Policy
All custom/customized items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. "Customized" items include any logos, emblems, names, initials, and numbers. "Custom" items include special order products that cannot be returned to manufacturers.
All customized items are made to order. Any size change requests are at the discretion of Advantage Sports and cannot be guaranteed. We cannot add additional items to orders already placed.

Online ordering and deadlines: Some items are listed online for a set amount of time, before ordering is closed, and items are pulled from the website for processing. Not all items have a set deadline.

When online orders are closed, any open cart orders that are placed that include items that are no longer available online, can be refused by Advantage sports for processing.
Group pickups for online orders
Some online orders will be picked up as a group by a coach or staff member. If you have questions on if your order is apart of a group pick up or not, you can contact us at orders.advantagesports@gmail.com or call our Lynden office during business hours.
All orders involved in a group pick-up become the responsibility of the individual picking up the orders, and Advantage Sports is not liable for any missing orders once they leave our facility.
Order cancel requests are subject to a cancellation fee of 15%, and or a restocking fee of $15. Orders already printed cannot be canceled.
Any discrepancies with your order, such as missing items, or defective items, must be claimed within 14 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or defective items must be returned within 14 days from the date of approval, to be honored for replacement, repair, or exchange. If your order was shipped by mail, we will send a pre-paid return label for the damaged or defective item(s). Items that are not returned within these 14 days will no longer be accepted and will no longer be the responsibility of Advantage Sports to repair or replace.
Vinyl transfer Policy:
On rare occasions vinyl numbers, names or transfers can experience adhering issues when binding to the fabric. If your items experience any peeling or separation, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. We will honor and repair any vinyl separation issues up to 60 days from the date you received your items.

Shipping
Our average processing time is about 1-3 weeks. This processing time can extend depending on influx of jobs and sports season. You can always check our current processing times by emailing orders.advantagesports@gmail.comor calling our Lynden office during business hours
Orders will be shipped when ALL items are complete.
Larger orders are shipped via UPS Ground within the United States, except for Alaska and Hawaii items are shipped via USPS. Smaller orders and orders being shipped outside the United States are sent via USPS.

In-Store Pick Up
If you are ordering team/club spirit wear and have received alternate directions or a flier, please consult your coach or club contact for pick up information.
People residing within Washington state may choose to pick up at one of our two locations - Advantage Sports in Lynden, or at our retail soccer store, Soccer City in Bellingham. You will still be asked to enter a shipping address at check out. There is no shipping charge for in-store pick up.
